Complaint Review: T-MOBILE A.k.a. VOICE STREAM

My plan is 800 mins. + free weekends, long distance and free roaming for $89.99 -- they didn't give me free anything. They even added multiple fraudlent charges that I didn't incur -- for a total of $275.55.

I called them two weeks before I received my bill to check on my minutes -- which I was keeping a tab on. And they told me that I was 297 minutes over my allotted minutes -- which was a lie. After I proved it to them they changed and said that I had 101 minutes left to use.

Then I received this enormous bill. I called them back and complained and they did a flip flop on me. They said the representative who told me about the 101 minutes I had left didn't know what he was talking about.
