Complaint Review: t-mobile

t-mobile after paying for insurance for almost 11 months, something happen they told it is not covered, and they willl refund my premium. Cincinnati,, Ohio

I've lost my tablet (g slate model # v909 and I have insurance coverage for loss/theft, damaged., and should be replaced if something happened.

I went to t-mobile in Bergen Mall, they told I have insurance and it will be replaced  and give me a number to call (866-268-7721).

I Have talked to different representative, transfered to different person, which for more than 40 minutes Sept 19, 20112, also 21 minutes and 39 minutes Sept 17, 2012. I went also t0 T-mobile in Bergen Mall today Sept 20. 2012.

They told they will replace it, then somebody told me they will upgrade it, so I can get cheaper replacement, but they told only they can do for me is to refund the premium I paid because tablet is not covered.

It is liked getting life insurance, and something happened to you they dont want to pay and they tell you only, that they will returned your premium you paid. It it like paying for not nothing.
