tmobile advertised a rebate"tmobile customer appreciation rebate"i bought phone ,followed all rules, mailed them the most ridiculous info,(designed so you wouldnt follow through)but i did. called them often just to be told they never received things(they did)other times put on hold for long durations, just to be disconnected, all the nonsense you can imagine.once started collecting e mails and letters they had no choice but to address me.

i refused to pay bill, offered bill less rebate money ,they would not accept,so i refused to payat all.(never even missed or late paid for 10mos.)they in return cancelled my account one week before my one year contract, thenmaking me responsible for a 200 dollar early termination fee.THIS IS A JOKE.when i called them on it they say they have nothing to do with rebate,i expressed to them their name tmobile is the security i needed to see .

i would not have trusted a company with no reputation, they attatched their name to this.
finally, they just put my account in collections, and reffered me to their collection agency ,where its be hurting my credit ever since.

I am sorry to hear about your difficulties you have had with your account and the problems with the rebate. The reps you have spoken with are correct in advising you that all rebates are handled thru a 3rd party and T-Mobile has no control over whether or not that company received the information needed to process the said rebate. Once that company receives the information they then issue the rebate to you or your account. Again, T-Mobile has no saying in this. You can complain to them as much as you would like, but it will do nothing. You need to take it up with the company who you sent it. A good idea to use anytime you are submitting any rebate with any company is copy the items you must send in the mail so if they say they did not receive it you can always mail it again. Hope this helps some.

AUHTHARIZED DEALERS

Were you dealing with a authorized dealer or a corporate store ? I have had a problem once and I have learned that you have to deal with the direct company because these little stores that offer all cell phone services are bull and I blame the cell phone companies because if you auth a company to use your name then you need to make sure thry are offering the corrcet plans as well as deals asfar as rebates and other offers you see on tv
