T-Mobile Charged for the service which was asked to remove Albuquerque New Mexico
In the Morning i called tmobile customer service and asked to add the Hotspot service on the account. After realizing that I don't have any tmobile hotspot in the area I called back again after 35 minutes and asked to remove the service. Unfortunately customer service forgot to write this memo on the account and the service was not removed.
I realize after two months that I am still paying for this service. Tmobile will not refund the money because there was no memo to remove the service. Is there way I can get my money back?

Yeah it sucks, i have t-mobile but you have to be really stern with them, t-mobile will give you anything you ask for, specially if your a high paying customer, i have the old promotional 45.99 plan for a thousand minutes and i get unlimited txt for 10 bucks, hard to believe i just got this like 2 weeks ago when they dont offer this plan anymore, i got it because i pay way over 100 bucks a month for there service, you have to be stern and tell them what to do, dont just talk to a rep talk to a call center manager not just a customer rep, and plus all phone calls are monitored and recorded say ask for a voice recording of the conversation and like the other guy says, it will show automatically when you call, every single time

If you called in then if a rep accesses your account it will automatically populate a footprint with their id info and that would back up what your saying. so if they do not see that then you will not get a credit. so pay the charge and get over it. and no i am in no way employed by t-mobile but i have friends who are
