T Mobile Dishonest plan changes, Lies, Lies, Lies! Albuquerque New Mexico
Me. I became unemployed in July. I called T-Mobile to tell them that my 600 minutes a month wouldn't cut it while I was searching for a job. They said, no problem, let's hook you up with 1000 minutes. That would cover the overage I already had. 600 minutes was $39.95 / month. 1000 minutes is $59.95 a month. I figured for the extra $20, that would help me in my job pursuit.
No. Not only did they not cover my overage of the current month which they said they would ($223.71 v. $59.95) but they signed me up for another year's contract (definitely not mentioned).
So. I have canceled my service.
