T-mobile Hello T-mobile! Keyword : REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT!!! Where is it?? Orange California

I join up with T-Mobile about a year and a half ago and added two lines about a month later which cost me an additional $250.oo which was refundable after one year.

I still have not seen my refundabble deposit yet. Recently I did not receive my bill, and the phone service was disconnected and it was off for a total of 30 mins.

When I called t-mobile I made a payment over the phone. Phone was restored immediately. A few weeks later I had inquired about my refundable deposit. I never received it back and it's 6 months over due.

They informed me that since my phone was dis-connected even though it was paid immediately they will not be returning my deposit now for 1 year from that date.

It was already over due to me and now I will not get it back for even longer!!! Also, they may not charge alot of money for your minutes but when you can't use your phone virtually everywhere you go then what good are having minutes.

Drop-offs, dead-zones, getting other peoples voicemails when you call your own with the message button, Having to hold one leg up in the air and contourting your body so "you can hear me now", What's up with this service????? Is anybody out there???

I am an employee of the corporate T-Mobile store and I assure you that this information is accurate.

When you sign up for cellular service (this is not just a T-Mobile policy, this is a policy for any cell phone carrier) and you are required to pay a deposit you get your money back after one year.

There is no system that automatically prints and mails out checks to which we owe deposits to customers. It is the customer's responsibility to call in once the year is up and request the deposit after which we verify in the system and then mail out your check.

Unfortunately you may have not been told this information or not remember but you will get your money just by making a simple call to your 24-hour customer care.
