Complaint Review: T Mobile

T Mobile I had no contract with Tmobile. I bought a new phone and returned it the next day. When you buy a new phone even if you return it, they automatically renew your contract for two years without telling you. Houston, Texas But A Company Policy Texas

I have been with T Mobile for 4 years so I am not on a contract. I bought a new phone and returned it the next day-Yes less than 24 hours. I decided to get an Iphone so I cancelled my TMobile service. They told me I had to pay$200 because I had bought a new phone and even though I returned, it renws my contract for 2 years. I am no trying to be arrogant but I have spent well over 5 hours on this and well over $200 of my time. It is just wrong!!! We have 4 other phones with Tmobile and all are being cancelled on the 28th when their contracts expire. If I owned stock in this company I would sell it. Very mismanaged customer service!!

Speak with a manager/supervisor

You need to talk to a manager in a store or a supervisor at the call center. You have 14 days (even with upgrades) to revert back to your old end date. Try being calm and polite and it will be amazing what you can accomplish, especially if you still have your return receipt. :)
