I called in to tell them about a problem an they never fixs it or wrote down the information about my status situation so it been like I say three weeks the company told me they were going to call me and never contact me or tried to fix the problem. I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor to see a solution for the problem, they repeatedly told me the ticket number was open.

Today I called again from them to tell me that I never called in to complain about the problem or they never wrote down memos of my call but they see me calling in about my phone service my number is (((REDACTED))). my pin is (((REDACTED))) my name is James Eric black they keep telling me to add money to my account why would I add money to the account if the problem never got fixed. $7 was already on my SIM card$2 a day plan and my internet service and the phone was still not working.
