T Mobile Manager..... Angel Someone used my SSN and wouldn't tell San Diego California

On November 29 at 150 pm. I went to city heights T Mobile store in San Diego CA. I wanted to get new service. After a credit review they told me an account was already opened under my SSN with a different name. Angel, the manager said he could not give me information about the account because of a different name. Even though it's my social security number. Fraud department refuses to talk to me.
