Complaint Review: T Mobile

T Mobile, Mobile phone was set up properly for military hold while on deployment overseas, TMO failed to and continued billing despite periodic follow up to resolve matter. Albuquerque New Mexico

Prior to deployment, 3109803302 was set up for military hold and went boots on the ground on Nov 20 2008, requesting suspension without billing.

In December, I noticed online that they were still billing, had a $500 balance. I brought attention through TMO's customer service website. All I got were case IDs, I finally had a representative email me in April that the balance was $2000+++ and was in collections. When I got back Stateside, I was told that this was researched on, and wait for 72 hours. 72 hours passed, I called and still had no answers and they saw notes of matters being brought up.

TMO is unservicemember friendly.
