T-Mobile Not Refunding Cancelled month to month prepaid flexpay plan Bellevue, Washington

I was on the tmobile flexpay plan with automatic billing with billing cycle starting on the 17th of each month. My card is charged in advance for the $43.70 on the 11th.

I called on the Jan 14th to cancel the prepaid flexpay and move to the plain prepaid plan with tmoblie. they said they would refund in one month. No refund.

I called the call center today and the agent is hanging up and putting me on hold if i ask for a supervisor. So i called the corporate office at 1-800-318-9270 and they are sending me to a voice mail. i know they will not call back. i called repeatedly till they finally put my number on an automatic disconnect. Looks like instructions are coming form the highest level officers to deny paying any refunds.

I called the local police office in their city- Bellevue, WA, and told them whats happening.

My credit card company - Citi, says they cannot do a dispute over the phone as i was billed before I called to cancel. This is not acceptable as i think i can dispute any charge regardless and the vendor has to prove that i owe them money. So i have to pursue this with citi in writing.

I will transfer my phone no to some other company.
