T-Mobile Overcharges & Lies...they're a SCAM! Va. Beach Virginia

I was lied to by numerous T-Mobile representives. They overcharged me month after month,claiming my phone was not capatable for "my faves." Infact, it was, they wanted me to pay for my daytime minutes. They lied and saif I could change me phone number at anytime for no charge, it is $15.00, snd has been for a long time. Recently, I was lied to by representive Joseph Finn, who displayed terrible customer service skills. He canceled my account, without my consent. He told me that I would be able to use the phone until 6am 9/10/08. Well, my phone was apparently disconnected as soon as I left the Lynnhaven store at 730pm!! I had 52 minutes remaining on my account(almost a FULL hour!) and free minutes starting at 9p. Joseph Finn assured me that I would be able to use the phone until 6am. MY car got stuck that night & I had no way of contacting anyone.
He also set up an addittional account that should have been $39.99. This was a completly different phone & plan package. I never intended it to replace my other plan, and he was made aware of that. The total was $60.56. I told Joseph Finn(representive#2384851) that it seemed to high. He assured me that it was taxes & service fees. I was uneasy when I left the store & unsatisfied.
