Dear Mr. Dotson:
Enclosed is an offer made from one of your marketing partners...Point Wireless. After several returned emails and letters Point Wireless refused to honor their initial offer and instead attempted to refer to a higher priced plan with credit check.

http://azoogleads.com/inphonic1/tmobile/v66/index.php?refcode1=2306&eid=851

No explanation was ever received. Attempts were made to illegally access credit files and charge the Discover card number listed. If there has been access granted legal action will be taken against T-Mobile and Point Wireless in violation of FCRA Section 604(A)(3).

Your offer listed the following:
No Credit Check required
No Contract
In addition I offered to pre-pay in full 1 year contract...
Point Wireless refused to accept offer, return calls or emails.

Your company offers consumer fraud based on bait and switch. T-Mobile has placed its company and business model on the level of the Nigerian money fraud scams.

Formal complaints have been filed with the F.C.C., F. T. C. F and the State Attorneys of Washington and Maryland for your attempt at consumer fraud. Documentation has been sent to Tom Martino's troubleshooter radio show from KOA 850, Denver, Co. This coast to coast program with 20 million listeners will hear on air about the ethics of your company.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

R

NOTE: T-Mobile violated one of the most basic rules of Business 101. They refused to accept money from a friendly customer with cash in hand willing to pay in full...derived from their own offer. Rather they tried to stall, replace and attempt to access information and charge credit cards without authorization. All during this time no emails, calls or direct postal letters were answered. Instead of only 60 seconds of customer service they have generated 100 times that loss in negative P.R. thru legal channels and sites such as this. From now on their fraudulent bait & switch will be put to use in the bathroom... as I thumb thru ads searching for a wireless company that has actual customer service.
