T-Mobile Repair Center Never again will i send mine out first... ripoff! LaGrange Georgia

I was having problems with my Sidekick Slide and a TMobile representative told me to send it to the repair center with all parts of the phone. I did. Big mistake. She said as soon as they receive my phone, they will send me a brand new one. I sent my phone on Nov. 12 of 2008.

They receives it on the 17th. (i tracked through UPS) I called numerous amounts of times and i got the run around. They kept saying i would receive a text in 72 hours (never came). So i googled the place and got the number to the supervisor..she got an attitude and asked where i got her number from and what website.

I just told her it didnt matter and all that mattered was that i get my phone. I finally received it on January 2,2009!!! I didnt even get a battery or the back cover! i was so pissed. when i called they said id get a phone call in 72 hours...again. I never had This problem before now. Ill never again send out my phone first. I have to wait even longer now.
