In February of this year I moved to a new state for my job.  I needed to change phone numbers gladly paid the 15.00 to do this.  Now for the last month I have been getting harrasing and threatening calls from a group of scam artists (I googled the number the called from and found out they run a scam stating the you are being sued).  After receiving no less than 20 - 30 calls per day I called t-mobile explained to them the situation and also explained that I just paid to change my number back in February and I am only wanting to change again do to these phone calls.  The rep told me I would have to pay another 15.00 to get my number changed again.

I think this is totally a ripoff, I am not changing my number just to change it I am changing it because I am being harrassed and threatened.  I will not be renewing my contract with t-mobile again if they can't change a number for free under circumstances like this.  Would it bankrupt this multi-million dollar company, I THINK NOT.  They are not the only fish in town, all of the other companies are more technologically advanced anyway.
