T-Mobile ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing tricked and lied to us victimized many consumers tricked and lied to us Tampa Florida
I was in california and i was wondering if i was roaming or not cause i live in arizona. so i called 611 and the representitve told me that if i was roaming that i would have an upside down triangle in the top left corner. and through the whole trip i never had one and then i got home and called again to see if they charged me just to be sure and they told me that i was charged.
which i have the get more 3000 plan so i am on my phone quite often and i was while i was in cali thinking that i wasnt roaming. so the way i got ripped off is that i was charged for something that i didnt do. i was told that there would be an upside down triangle and there never was.
so now cause of the false information i was given my bill is around 260 dollars. and i tried to call and fight the bill and they said that the charges are valid and that they must be paid.

I am sorry you had that experience with TMobile. I know as an employee that there are times when incorrect infomation is given, and unfortunately, the reps who dont know as much, dont seem to notate as much. Go figure. I know that our company is honest, and if you call 611 and ask for the fax # to Customer Relations, they may be able to help with that. There is a 90 day window to charges.
