T-mobile RIPOFF Errors On The Bills ripoff on the phones they send Houston Texas

i signed a family plan contract with t-mobile last year. ever since i got that phone last september the phone started giving me allot of troubles with the screens. my phone was replaced more than three times in a year and finnaly when the phone was working properly i saw an aditionla charge of $32 on my bill. when i called in the customer service the representative told me that they dint know what the charge was for. they asked me if i ordered some thing from them and my answer was NO. well to my SURPRISE the next bill was for more than $447 and some cents. when i called in the customer service i was told that i never returned my phone and i told them yes i did and i even confirmed by calling their number and they told me everything looked fine on my account.

Well i asked them when i called and they gave a day of the week which is the busiest day at my work and that was during business hours at 11.am i told them now if u all want to lie atleast look at the timings i call you i always call after i get home from work and thats always after 6.pm.

As i did not have any prof of proving them wrong i had to pay the four hundred and some dollars that they wanted.. but i am really waiting for this month to end and i will surely change my plan to some other carrier and never will go back with t-mobile.
