We have a family plan (4 phones) for the last five years. Our phones have literaly fell apart with 2 already personally replace by me. We went to the t-mobile store hoping to upgrade to new phone. The salesman said we could get upgrades from anywhere up to aprox $700 for the phones we wanted. But if we signed up for a new plan we could have them all for $296.00 + 1 year plan and a $50 rebate for one phone ($246.00).

We could not keep our old numbers in order to get the phones for $296.00 no way could we get new phones and keep our 4 numbers which we have had for 5 years. We needed the phones so we took the new activation. I think it is a ripoff that you can give phones away for a new activation for that price, but you can not give 5 year customers the same. We were always informed we could always get our numbers forever. We also called other companies and they would have given us a new activation and we could have kept the old numbers. We would have signed a 5 year contract with you but after this we will do our year and go with another company even though we have always had good luck with t-moble. We are very disappointed the this service.

Bottom Line we wanted to keep our old numbers they were on the do not call list and we were used to them. We are very disappointed with this matter. You have lost long time customers.
