T-mobile is trying to take advantage of people like me but I pay my bills . Think that I am caught up and to stupid to know the truth.

I spoken with 11 representatives and 6 supervisor they refused to accept my of denial concerning a regular phone that I got for my .

I got a family plan with T-mobile, my son Telephone came up missing one day while he was at track practice. Nothing special just so he can call me when pratice was over he is very responsible child ,honor roll student and very active in sports.

Now hear this some kind of way the telephone had 4000.00 dollars worth of charges on it . Now when I went to pay the bill that's when I realized the bill was very high even though I tried tofind out what was going on T-Mobile representative treated me like I was dirt.

I have been trying to reach the cooporate office since Feb-16, 2004.

I have been called ignorant, and told what you were thinking I have been treated like a dog by customer service departmart of T-Mobile.

Now THE RIP-OFF CAME I HAD THE TELEPHONE CUT-OFF, THE NEXT MONTH THERE WAS ANOTHER 2000.00 dollars added to the billed.

Also every month now there have been 500.00 dollars so now the telephone is cut off since 2-16-2004 and every month they adds on more money on a cut off phone .

Also hear this I have been paying $400.00 a month for three months now they are saying they did not received the money I have sent so far now this is the representatives were telling me .

I am laid off for 2 years now and trying to take care my children as a single parent . It was my choice to adopt these children on my own.

I have the money order's receipt to show I have been paying T-Mobile . They have received 1200.00 dollars they are lying.

I wanted to keep paying until all this had come to a solution
I don't deserved to be treated like a dog.

Thank You
Bernice

P.S. Could you even refer me to someone to help I am not rich and have been laid-off 2 years now.

I understand how hard it can be being a single parent. There are two things at question here... Did you call T-Mobile letting them know the phone was lost (if so it should be in the memos) and they should refund you. Also Customer Relations is who you should contact if worst comes to worst. Unfourtunatly they don't help quickly. The money you paid can be found. Ask them to check if you have another account an older account even if you don't think you do sometimes switches in the system cause it to open a new account and close the old but payments sometimes go to the old account by accident. Check with them. Also ask them to do "Payment Research form" on all the payments.. this will track what happened and normally takes only 2-3 days at most.... hope I helped.
