T-Mobile phones are the worst

#6UPDATE EX-employee responds

I am an ex-employee of T-Mobile who use to work in their Tech support department so I am well acquainted with the conditions of their phones. I have also had many different models of phones as well as tested numerous phones while employed by T-Mobile. While it is true T-Mobile does not manufacture the phones it is also true that they give crappy replacement phones. As a whole Motorola and Nokia make the most reliable phones.

The model you received, the Samsung X105 is by far the crappiest phone they have, hello you get what you pay for, the cheaper the phone the bigger piece of junk it is!!

If you continue to have problems with a particular model you do have the option of requested to have a totally different model replacement phone or better yet, threaten to cancel and see how fast you get another phone. This company could care less about its employees what makes you think it cares whether or not your phone works.

To all the others who blamed these people for their faulty phones I can't tell you how many calls came into tech support and customer care about brand new phones that were not working!!! DO NOT ASSUME IT IS THE INDIVIDUALS FAULT!!!

MANY TIMES THE PHONES ARE DEFECTIVE FROM THE GIT GO!!! THINK BEFORE YOU START ACCUSING AND INSULTING SOMEONE!!!!!

I went through two V205's in about a year and four months, as the screen went out on both. I still have T-Mobile (almost three years now) and can't complain one bit about my service or the CSRs..they have been wonderful. I solved the problem of their less-than-impressive phones by buying an unlocked compatible phone from overseas (Sony Ericsson S700i). The only thing I can't do with it is download ringtones, but I can add my own with the software that came with my phone and can download some from the SE site.

I agree that your problem is with Samsung, not T-Mobile.

I am really surprised here to how you can blame T-Mobile for a phone Manufactured by Samsung. For your information T-Mobile doesn't manufacture cell phones, they provide the wireless services for them. If you have something against the phone you should be writing about Samsung and not T-Mobile.

Jake,
If you get what you pay for, how do you explain our $300 piece of junk Sidekick II? You sound like your mother never taught you any manners. Oh, wait, that's right, you work for T-Mobile. OF COURSE you don't know how to treat a customer!

The Phone in question is the E105 This phone ( while inexpensive ) Is still a high quality phone. Sounds to me like you dropped it (more than once) like your mother dropped you on your head as a child... ( spelling errors ). Seems to me to be a clear cut case of incompitence, not a malfunctioning phone. I work for T-mobile, and while we do see a few of these returned to us.... by no means should it be 4-6 times! My advise... keep away from the lube... it voids your warranty! :)
