T-MOBILE RIPOFF SERVICE IN WARSAW MO AREA 4 MILES SOUTH OF WARSAW MO. T-MOBILE LIED BIG TIME. I HAVE TO 3 MILES TO GET SERVICE FOR ALL PHONE CALLS. EVEN 911. WHAT A RIP OFF. I HAVE A 5 YEAR OLD CHILD. Ripoff Warsaw Missouri

I GOT A CELL PHONE FAMILY PLAN SERVICE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER .SHE HAS A 5 YEAR OLD CHILD. BEFOR I ORDERED IT I CALL AND TALKED SEVERAL T-MOBILE REP ON PHONE AND PERSON ABOUT SERVICE. THEY STATED YES I WOULD HAVE SERVICE. NO,NO. IT DOESN'T GET SERVICE. THE SHE HAS TO DRIVE 3 MILES TO GET SERVICE. I HAVE COMPLAINED AND WANT OUT OF CONTRACT. THIS T-MOBILE CO IS VERY RUDE,NASTY AND DON'T CARE IF WE GET SERVICE OR NOT ALL THEY WANT IS THERE MONEY. I HAVE ASK TO GET OUT OF CONTRACT, I WILL SEND PHONE BACK. NO,NO THEY WON'T DO IT.
I FEEL THEY HAVE LIED ON SEVERAL THINGS.
I HAVE ASK IF THERE REP WOULD COME TO AREA AND I WILL PROVE THERE ISN'T SERVICE. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ONE TO DO THAT. TO BAD THEY CAN SELL JUNK.
NOW THEY TOLD ME WE HAD 15 DAYS TO COMPLAIN. I CALLED BEFOR MOVED TO THIS AREA THEY ASSURED IT WILL GE SERVICE NO NO. IT TOOK 6 DAYS TO GET PHONE AND I STARTED CALLING. THEY GOT ALL KIND OF EXCUSES WHY THEY LIKE TO SCREW THE CONSUMER.
I HAVE HAD MY CELL PHONE WITH THEM FOR 6=7 YEARS. I WANT OUT OF BOTH CONTRACTS. I DON'T NEED THESE LIES WHEN I CAN'T EVEN CALL 911 IF I NEED IT.
