T-Mobile Ripoff unmitigated gall and outright theft!! T-mobile nightmare Albuquerque New Mexico

I got data services turned on for my T-mobile phone to use it as a wireless modem for my laptop and a hotspot subscription. The first thing that smelled rotten was that they could not send me out a Nokia Cable and software. That was another step that I had to do myself. Well I ordered a 3rd party cable that took a month to arrive. In the mean time T-mobile had supplied no configuration information or any login information for the hotspots.

When the cable arrived and didn't work and I had to spend an hour in a queue each time I wanted to talk to tech support. I had to go to the local t-mobile store on 2 occassions to try and get my SIM card swapped out. The tech support was as close to incompetant as you can get. They never once even asked me what software I was using (it was 3r party) There is no option for any local tech support. I did try the Nokia software later at the suggestion of a no-body employee at the local store (the 3rd time I went there)

All in all I have a $50 cable I can't use, 10 to 15 hours of my time wasted. Then to add insult to injury they will only cancel the service they will not credit me back the $60 or so that I have been billed for a service I have not used.

What a business! Don't we all wish that we could bill people for services that we don't provide?

They even refused to cancel the service in a timely manner they kept me on the phone for close to an hour trying to talk me into keeping the service. (then they could have billed me longer for the service that they could not provide if for instance I tried for another week to get it working then they could have billed me another [non-refundable] $7)

T-mobile is looking more and more like the criminal enterprise (government) that suposeidly regulates these criminals that happen to wear suits and ties.

I used to get their attention but recently I have not even gotten responses when filing with them.
