Ever since I got back with T-Mobile back in Feb 2011 they have been trying to SCREW ME left and right, due to my credit I was stuck in their "Flex Pay" department which come to find out is located in Puerto Rico NOT here in the USA. A while back I upgraded to a different device and paid FULL retail price of $498, the Flex pay Dept keeps denying me paying for the phone they stuck it on one of my bills. Anytime I question this they claim I NEVER paid for the phone when I did, each time I have tried providing proof i.e. conformation numbers etc they REFUSE to take them and "CLAIM" it's a valid charge on my bill, then after repeated attempts to get my $305 and $193 put back in my accounts they make up some story saying they do not refund at all yet they issued me a refund back in April for something I don't know what it is.

Then all of a sudden they're trying to claim I never paid May's bill when I did and have proof of this as well and they're telling me I have to pay the remainder balance for May, Which I WILL NOT do. They also stated to prove I did pay for the phone I have to send a copy of my bank statement and debit cards I used, THIS IS NOT safe and I refused so now they're telling me they won't take the charges off the bill. I feel since they've repeatedly LIED about me paying for the phone that I should have the FULL $498 back which they're refusing to issue me a refund, The regular T-Mobile AKA Post Date Department WILL NOT help me with anything in anyway shape or forum because I am STUCK in the darn flex pay dept which I believe is wrong. NOT 1 person in the flex Pay Dpt speaks English well and they don't understand it at all unlike the Regular T-Mobile that all speak English cus they're located in AMERICA NOT Puerto Rico

So after spending from 11pm till 12:30am on the phone with T-Mobile DEMANDING they let me outa flex pay early after telling em what has been going on the rep said "Give me your Bank account Number so I can look and see that you have in fact been paying your bills and you paid for the phone," I told her "NO WAY IN HELL am I giving you that info." I then said "Since you're now asking for confidential INFO of mine you NEED to refund ALL MONEY ever sent to T-Mobile," She refused so I will be calling my bank tomorrow when the electronic Services Department is open again as when I tried today they were real busy and didn't answer the 24 hour number I call. To me asking for that info from me is quite suspicious. Anyone agree? I also told them I WOULD NOT be paying any early termination fees either

send a copy of your statement with the acct number and any other sensitive info blotted out.

Just sounds like more hoops to jump through though.

I have checked with my bank and they won't refund it they said T-Mobile has to, I also have unlimited EVERYTHING with 2 lines so I won't be using my mins. Anyone else here find it suspicious that Flex Pay keeps asking for a copy of my bank statement and debit card proving I paid for my G2 phone which I had to sell cus I was LIED to when they said my account was pass due when it wasn't, and proving I have been paying my bills on time and in full. I'm sorry but to me that isn't safe, my bank also agrees. I use to like T-Mobile, when I was with them previously for almost 2 years I NEVER EVER had these issues at all. At that time I'd say they had the BEST customer service, can't say that now.

Not sure how the flex pay works, but if you don't have a regular credit card, see if you can pay by a reloadable card.  You can get these many places, even a bank.  I wouldn't use the walmart greendot though.

Once crooks get ahold of your money, its a real pain making them come clean.

Burn up thier 800 number- 800-TMOBILE.  Make them transfer you to flex pay.

WASTE THEIR TIME.

Best to call from your computer, pay phone, etc, so you don't use your minutes.  Get NASTY with them!

Talk to your bank, see if you can get this money back!

T-Mobile's screwing me again

I called T-Mobile regarding getting the refund of $498 I have been asking for since May, they're still refusing to issue a refund. During our conversation they decided to once again "CLAIM" I didn't pay a bill, they "CLAIM" I didn't pay June's bill but I did I paid $223.73 to T-Mobile on June 8th. This was taken out of my bank account which I told them, like stated in my rip off report this isn't the first time they have done this to me. They "CLAIMED" I only partially paid May's bill when I paid $222.00 to T-Mobile the end of April, and they're saying I only paid $184. Which yes $184 was taken out of my bank account, when I asked if it was possible there was an issue with the system and $184 of the $222 paid to T-Mobile appeared on my account they kept giving me the run around and making up excuses. STAY AWAY from T-Mobile, yes they have lower rate plans but their customer service is BEYOND HORRIBLE. I DEMAND a FULL refund of the $498+ all money I have paid to them from Feb to present, T-Mobile won't give it to me so someone else needs to
