T-mobile sells shotty equipment and refuses to back there products Lagrange Georgia

I bought a sidekick from Tmobile for 199.00 dollars i had the phone for 3 weeks before the phone burnt up through no fault of my own i was advised to send the phone to the t-mobile repair center and was only advised to remove my sim card wich i did ,,, i recived my phone back a few weeks later no back cover or battery wich the battery was blown up anyway i have contacted them for two weeks regaurding this each time i was told someone would contact me i have yet to be contacted i was told i would recive the back and battery a week and a half ago on wed. i finally called again and was told i need to contact motorolla for a back and battery i feel 199.00 dollars is alot to spend on a device that does not last 3 weeks i am paying for the extra services that go along with the sidekick and am unable to use them
