THIS COMPANY ADVERTISED ON CRAIGS LIST AND HIRED ME TO DRIVE ALL AROUND MY CITY AND RECORD FOR LOCATIONS OF "HOT SPOTS" THEY AGREED TO PAY ME $16 AND HOUR AND $2 BONUS PER HOUR WHEN FINISHED WITH MY AREA. MY FIRST CHECK ARRIVED SHORT AN HOUR OR SO AND THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED AT ABOUT 50% OR LESS OF THE HOURS I DROVE DURING THAT PERIOD. THEY HAVE NOT SENT ME A CHECK FOR THE DRIVEING I DID TO COMPLETE THE JOB FOR THEM. THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE A DEVISION OT T-MOBILE AND THIS CONTRACT IS FOR T-MOBILE

THE "CONTRACT" SPECIFICLY STATES THAT THE CONTRACOR E.I. "JAY" WAS TO BE PAID FOR ALL HOURS DOING THIS WORK. THE LAST PAYMENT WAS TO BE HELD UNTILL EQUIPMENT WAS RETURNED. STEVE NULLIFIED THE SAID CONTRACT BY NOT PAYING FOR ALL HOURS WORKED PRIOR TO THE LAST CHECK WITHOLDING. THIS NULLIFIED THE ORIGINAL CONTACT.

JAY CONTINUED TO WORK AND EVEN DID 2 EXTRA AREAS IN "GOOD FAITH" OVER THE COURSE OF 4 MORE WEEKS. AS HE WAS PROMISED THAT THE COMPANY WOULD GET THIS PAY SITUATION CLEARED UP. THEY DID NOT, AND THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO CALL HARRASING ME AND THREATENING WITH CRIMINAL PROSECUTION ETC.... CALLING MY HOME OVER AND OVER BREATHING HARD ETC...

THE EQUIPMENT HAS SINCE BEEN RETURNED AND YET NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO JAY FOR THE WORK PERFORMED

What "Jay" did not include in his report, is that he failed to meet the terms of his contract. He was then asked to return the company's equipment to receive final payment for all hours worked and failed to do so, again violating the contract he signed.

As with any claim, it is best to substantiate the information provided. In this instance, any claims of a rip-off are patently false and defamatory.
