I believe I was originally scammed by AMSHER COLLECTION SERVICE.Then once the bill was paid through a re-fi and a year later noticed it was still on my reports I disputed that debt.

The next day I recieved a call from SUPERIOR ASSET MANAGEMENT, requesting the same ammount.

I keep good records and sent them a copy of the agreement and payment made through the escrow/morgage co. I was working with.

It was a T-mobile bill Small ammount $30.00 that I know I had paid originally but benifit of the doublt I paid it again through one collection agency ASHMER.

I will not pay it again! Along with the copy of the check /paid I wrote a note.

I am aware of your fraudulant bussiness practices and if this does not reflect on my credit report in the next 30 days I will contact attorney general in your state and mine and my personal lawyer to start legal actions against your company.

This isn't about my 30 bucks this is about the underdog.
My suggestion is pay bills on time and not let your personal and private information get into the hands of these types of scammers.

Debtors will always work things out with you if you just communicate with them. They will set up payment plans. They will defer payments. They will even settle for less than the owed ammount. Just communicate with them.
Bussiness really don't like to send off your accn't to collectors they only get a percentage of whats owed by then. They would much more be willing to work out things with you.
