Complaint Review: T-Mobile

I have been a good T-Mobile customer, paying on time almost exclusively for six years.  I terminated my internet last summer in order to save $$ and becuase it rarely worked right at home.  I also noticed at the time that for a year and a half they had been billing me every single month for "insurance".  $4.00 EVERY month.  I didn't sign up for this, but i'm sure they slyly put it on the original paperwork which i signed, effectively ripping me off.  THEN, i noticed i would occasionally be charged for using the internet.  at first i thought I have used it and forgotten, so i paid it, and for the last few months made sure i did not use it at all, which i haven't.  then, when makign my March payment the last week of MArch, i saw $13 fee for internet use.  i did remember pulling it out of my bag and inadvertently hit the internet key and it had been on for some time.  i tried to explain what happened to the T-Mobile "customer service" rep, who basically called me a liar.  I paid my bill, minus the internet fee.  Then, unbelievably THREE BUSINESS DAYS LATER THEY TERMINATED MY SERVICE!!!  After i paid my bill.  even if i did owe the $13, cutting off service for a long time good customer for $13 is unbelievable to me.  $13!!  a few days after it was due!

this is a perfect example of the 1% torturing the 99%, big bully wireless company, bullying the regular person.

Well, T-Mobilel didn't think too far ahead here....my two year contract ended a few days after they pulled this rotten stunt....and so....i now have service with a new provider!  so save your stupid form letters, saying you sure want to keep me as a customer (oh really?  you want to keep me as a customer and this is how you show me that?  why don't you walk the talk T-Mobile).

$13.  all this for $13....$13 that, if i owed, was a MERE five days late!.....not to mentiong it is $13 i didn't even owe.

Losers.  never again will i be a T-Mobile customer.  AND....i was happy with my service until you basically bullied me!
