I have been getting the run a round with this company for about 30 days now.  I placed an order online for a family plan with flex pay and of course I did have to pay up front for the service...they are telling me now..THEY CAN'T FIND MY ONLINE PAYMENT! How do you loose a payment online...liars!

I have been sent to various "CSR" of course with different responses from them all.  I am tired of playing games with them and something needs to be done.  I will be canceling my service with them since they cant seem to get it right and of course letting everyone I know...DONT USE T-MOBILE at all!

Oh and I do want my money back...

First of all the Flex Pay Dept IS NOT in India they're in Puerto Rico, second of all I too am with the Flex Pay. They've been trying to SCREW me from day one when I came back to T-Mobile in Feb 2011, Claiming I didn't pay for a G2 Phone when I did, claiming I only made a partial payment for the month of may when I paid IN FULL and now claiming I never paid June's bill when I did. My bank statements all prove this. Flex pay likes hanging up on me, giving me the run around etc. 901 Rip Off Reports found for T-Mobile??????? HMMMMMMMMMMM this can't be a good thing LOL hahahahahahaha
