I left T-mobille on July 16m 2018 and went back to At&T.  So I received  a letter from Tmoble saying return my divices as soon as possible to a T-Mobile store and thankng  me for my time as a cusomer, but I have to return my 2 cell phones by August 15th, 2018, or I will be charged the purchase option price of $194.99 for each cell.

I went the 3923 Branch Ave. Temple hills, MD cooperate store and they refuse to take them because the manager said that they don't have an option in the computer to close me out of the system and get what ever info they needed to get.   The manager also said that I should have broght the phonesto the stor e first insead of going to At&t first. the bottom line is why would I get a letter saying return my cells to the store and the manager is saying he cannot excpet them, meaning this is forcing me to pay $194.99 for each phone that I was leasing.

The first thing Tmobile did was send me a reminder text saying that the lease on my 2 cells would expire on August 15th if I still want to lease them. I decided that I did not want to stay with T-mobile because the servce was awful..most of the time I could not hear people they could hear me, plus my cell would freeze up a lot, meaning I could not call, receved or text for about 10 or 15 minutes.

It could have been emergency siituations when going thru this. I feel like T-Mobile owns money for all the inconveince that I had to deal with not being able to use my phone and I was paid on time. Sometimes I have paid no more than 2 days after the due date and thats not bad at all.   T-Mobile is ripping me off and I refuse to let them do this.
