T - MOBILE T-Mobile Stuart Lee Ripoff - T-Mobile Rebate Lynwood, Washington

We submitted a T-Mobile/Blackberry Pearl rebate for a phone purchased in April, 2008, which is handled by Stuart Lee Rebates.  Received fradulent notices that "rebate offer requirements were not met"  After numerous follow ups, check was allegedly issued July 3, 2008.  Never received it, never received it, never received it, finally got it in OCTOBER 2009!!!!  Check, of course, expires after 90 days.  Stuart Lee says they will not re-issue checks more than 180 days after they are issued.  This company fraudulently refuses to issue rebates for baseless reasons and then holds checks until they expire.  I am an attorney and seeking a class action attorney to pursue this matter further.

Stuart Lee has now issued a check for the rebate, and we appreciate the prompt attention, although we wish that it had not taken more than 18 months - longer than the phone lasted - to obtain the rebate.
