T Mobile - Thad Riley, Store Manager Rip Off Refund I have been trying to get a refund on mechandise that was returned to the store since July 9th, 2004 Jackson Tennessee

I returned merchandise to the store for a full refund in the amount of $104.21 on July 9th, 2004 and I still have not gotten my refund. I have never seen the store manager, Thad Riley; he has never been there when I have gone to the store and he does not return my phone calls. Customer service keeps telling me that the store manager has not submitted my paperwork. They say they have never received it.

I have gone to the store and they have made copies of my paperwork several times and told me that the manager is the one that has to submit it. He told me that he finally did submit it on September 1, 2004. But... Customer Service told me today that they have not gotten it.

I called the store manager today, but only got his voice mail. I left a message, but he hasn't returned my phone call.
