To Whom It May Concern,
About two months late may early June I decided to switch over to T mobile ( Huge mistake), because I heard that they had great customer service and great plans. I went to sign up at valencia Mall in California and bought 2 phones a Razor and a T 809 from a MR Eddie M. with dealer code#1255460 who sold me the phone with insurance ( the insurance was never added but I payed for it and cant get anyone to assist me in getting it back). He also told me that I would get a 180 usd rebate for both phones and along with that he told me that I could use the phones internationally.

This all sounded great and like a sucker I fell for it right on my face. I wanted to buy these phones because of the international calling which I later found out could only be used with a different sim card only 3 months after I purchased the phone, he conveniently left that part out. I also inquiered about recieving incoming international calls and if I would be charged if I rejected the call but a messages was left on my voicemail. He stated that I would only be charged if I checked my voice mail which I never did. To my surprise they did charge me, 630usd for NOT checking my voicemails.

What I'm getting to is T mobile is one huge lie. They lied about my insurance, they lied about my rebate ( only got 50 bucks) and they lied about the long distance incoming calls, All this to land a sale. The kicker is when I complained to Tmobile customer service about this all they did was thank me for making an inquiery and thats it, they really could not care less. I strongly urge anyone who reads this do not join T mobile you will definetly regret it.

At some point they will scam you and wont give two hoots about it. Take it from me I got screwed hard but I definetly learned my lesson even though it cost me 630 usd.

Never a Problem

I've been dealing with T Mobile since it was Omnipoint back in 1998 and never had any problems.

Best suggestion is to read all the agreements, contracts, and disclaimers and then take it up with the dealer. If the dealer misrepresented anything, cancel the contract.
