I was charges over twice what I should have paid for cell phone services because of lost information:

I contacted T Mobile to increase my minute plan because I knew that my my wife and I needed a larger plan to stay within the allotted minutes. A month and a half later I received a bill that reflected that billing period and I was charged more than double what I should have because of an overage in minutes.

I called back in and they said the only thing they could do was fix the problem for the current billing cycle that was not complete, but that I had already gone over minutes. They said they had no record of my contact. So they could not help me on the month previous when I had originally told them to fix the problem. I still had to foot a huge bill that I was not responsible for.

Very poor system. If you call in they have a record, but if you contact them by any other method, such as chat, you have no promise.
