T-Mobile Tmobile Lakeside Circle corporate store refuses to honor tmobile 14-day return and exchange policy Sterling Heights, Michigan
This location is a scam, don't bother purchasing phones ON or OFF contract. They have no return policy. According to other tmobile corporate stores, a Tmobile corporate store is suppose to honor the 14Day return and exchange policy for off- contract phones. I am having several issues reguarding a phone I purchased from them and they refuse to exchange it. They say they are corporate but they are still in transition although they told me that they were, purchase from a legit corporate store.
