t-mobile tmobile POOR SERVICE IN MANY AREAS. i HAVE VERY POOR SERVICE DROPPED CALLS IN MY NEW HOUSE IN DENVER COLORADO , THESE PEOPLE ASRE TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PAY $200 PER LINE TO GET OUT OF A CONTRACT ON A SERVICE Internet

TMOBILE SOLD ME CELL SERVICE, AND IN MY NEW HOME THE SERVICE IS POOR AND DROPPED CALLS AND NO INTERNET ON THE PHONE.
i TROUBLE SHOOTED THE LINE AND IT IS WELL DOCUMENTED THAT IN GREEN VALLEY RANCH NEAR THE AIRPORT THEY HAVE LITTLE TO NO TOWERS AND SHOTTY SERVICE IN AREAS IN AND AROUND MY HOME.
yET WHEN i TRIED CONTACTING THEM THEY HIDE BEHIND AN EMAIL ADDRESS IN UPPER MANAGEMENT OR A FAX OR WRITING A LETTER. i DID ALL THREE YET KEEP GETTING LETTERS SAYING THAT THEY WILL HOLD ME TO $200 PER LINE FOR BOTH ME AND MY MOTHER WHO ARE DISABLED AND NEED 100% CELL SERVICE INCASE OF EMERGENCIES.

iT IS NOT ETHICAL TO BE FORCED TO PAY $108 PER MONTH FOR A SERVICE THAT HARDLY WORKS OR BE THREATENED BY A NON WAIVED $200 PER LINE TOTALING $400 TO CANCEL SOMETHING THAT t-MOBILE IS NOT PROVIDING.

tHIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF, AND THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS, EVERYONE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD KNOWS TMOBILE IS THE WORST SERVICE HERE. i UNDERSTAND NOW WHYY THE MAN IN EUROPE TRASHED THE TMOBILE STORE FOR NOT REFUNDING THEIR MONEYS.

Keep filing complaints with Tmobile and put one in writing and send it certified mail to their address..

I had a cellphone account with Tmobile for 5 years. When I started my account I could never recieve calls inside my apartment. I simply could not use the phone period inside my apartment. I would have to step outside to use my phone. I called Tmobile and they informed me it was my cellphone and told me to swap it out. I did and the problem continued. However, other people would come over to my home with different carriers and they could use their phones inside my apartment.  I was then told by Tmobile that it was something in my apartment that was causing the interference.

Two years later I moved to a different state. I bought a home. This time I could not use the phone in my home. So again I called up to Tmobile and they told me it was the construction of my home. They never once offered to let me out of my contract.

Finally, I was laid off my job. After years of paying my Tmobile bill on time never late (huge bills at that) Tmobile refused to grant me seven days to pay my bill and simply interrupted my service. The length of time I was with them meant nothing. The fact I could never use my phone inside my home meant nothing. Finally, I called them up and demanded to be let out of my contract with no fees. They stated no. I spoke to a lady who stated that if a person is constantly having problems with their service they usually let them out of their contract without a fee BUT then she stated because I had been with Tmobile for so long I had given "Implied Consent" that I was fine with not being able to use my phone in my home.

I could not believe it.

I left Tmobile and a month after I switched carriers I recieved a phone call from a guy wanting me to return to Tmobile. I told him Hell no. Never again.

You have to fight these cell companies to be let out of contracts, etc. without payment. That is why I stated for you to write a letter.
