T-mobile Does not:

1. Honor Rebates

2. Provide proper sales of their merchandise (ie. does not tell give all information needed)

3. Have a lot of respectful and courteous customer service reps (they are few and far between)

4. Give new customers any proper attention, they focus more so on long standing customers and disregard new customers.

5. Fix phones when they are broken. If you have a new phone and it breaks you are out of luck (especially if you don't have the insurance that YOU have to ask about)
