I chose to purchase a T-Mobile phone through Wirefly becuase of the two rebates that both offered. $50 and $130 "cash back with purchase" mail in rebate. I immediately filled out the online application as soon as I received the phone because I needed the barcodes on the box. The $130 I had to wait until the 2nd bill to claim for rebate according to instructions.

I mailed everything in. I was denied both rebates for a bogus "expiration"! I did not delay in making my claim

I purchased a Razr phone about six months ago from Wirefly and received all the rebate information. I made copies of all the information and sent everything in and received my rebate, without any problems.

I used wirefly a second time, purchasing two more razrs for my father and brother and because they mistakenly had me down for a certain color I did not order, they found me a carrier who could supply the color phone I wanted and I didn't even have to lay out any money to have rebated. So both experiences I had were pleasant. Sorry yours didn't turn out so well.

Online businesses have screwed people out of rebates forever and for all carriers. The cell phone company has nothing to do with this because they are rebates from the company that you bought it from (wirefly). It seems to me as if you should have researched this a little more and you should have bought from a t-mobile corporate store. If you would have, they could have helped you.
