After spending many hours with no possible resolution with your representatives, I would like to formally complain
about T-Mobile Wireless data plan policy. Currently, I am "required" to pay for 2 data plans for 1 phone. This is not fair.
If your company policy is to require a data plan charge for the line the phone is obtained from, then you should not
double charge for moving the phone to another line. This is not consistent or logical, only profitable for you while agitating
and stealing from your customers. Why should I have to pay 2x for 1 phone? So if I move the phone to another line I have
to pay 3x a "required data fee"?? This is nonsense. Either charge the line or charge the phone, you cannot have it both ways
and retain customer loyalty.

I have been with TM for 10 years now, but as there is no recourse to your convoluted fee policy, this will be my last.
Apparently many other customers have this same problem and your representatives can do nothing to resolve it.
It is a Company Policy Issue that you should reconsider. It is unfair, illogical, and petty.
It actually verges on Predatory as the convoluted company policy is confusing to anyone, yet is presented by your reps. as
a simple way to obtain a new phone by switching lines. Ultimately, it ends up costing TWICE as much as simply buying the
phone outright. THAT was NEVER stated by your reps. In fact, they act as if they're giving you a great deal, when in fact
they are giving you the shaft.
