T-Mobile WirelessT-Mobile Wireless ripoff - false promises. Payed for "Whenever, Wherever" Service But never had service outside the city! Albuquerque New Mexico

T-Mobile promises, in their brochure, that you get what they call "Whenever, Wherever" service. They include a large map of the U.S. showing the entire country as a Toll-Free calling area with a few areas in the color purple meaning those areas are Free Digital Roaming Coverage areas.

However, those, such as myself, that used their service will quickly find that this is not the case. It seemed that once I left the city limits, the so called "Whenever, Wherever" service stayed behind!

I am a truck driver and it seems that no matter where I went, I had no service! Even in areas that I would expect to have service, I had none!

If you're in the Allentown,Pa. area, have T-Mobile and plan to travel west, Go up the pike to Rt. 80 and head west. You quickly realize that your service stops several miles after you leave the pike. Good thing there are many rest areas along the way with phones! You're gonna need them!

Planning to take a ride on Rt. 17 between Binghamton and Buffalo, NY? Better get a diferent service becuase you'll have none with T-Mobile!

Almost all of the areas I serviced had no service with T-Mobile!
And Yes, when I did have service, about the only sentence I could get in before losing it was "Can you hear me now?"

No pun intended!
T-Mobile has recently canceled my contract and is now turning me over to a collection agency for an additional $200.00 cancelation fee!

They truly are Rip-Off artists!

I have traveled out of the state quite a bit and have never had a problem getting signal or with dropped calls.

Could it be your phone?
