T-mobileT-Mobile ripoff, rebate scam, unresponsive Cincinnati Ohio
Upreaded my phone to a Motorola Razor with a $100 mail in rebate. Sent with USPS track and confirm label. USPS says it was recieved. T-Mobile says is was never recieved. T-Mobile says they can not help because the terms of the rebate stated that the Original UPC barcode needs to be included with the paperwork for the rebate. Well, guess where that is? This is a total scam and I'm pissed!!! Where is the class action law suit!
