Complaint Review: T-Moble

T-Moble T-Mobile I did not receive the cell phone service I paid for, dropped and broken up phone calls. When I complaint about the very poor service, I was sent a CellSpot no charge for this device that did not help my service.Republic Missouri

I did not receive the cell phone service from T-Mobile, that I paid for. I had dropped and broke up phone calls. When I complain I was sent a device that was suppose to improve my phone service, and this device (spot cell) did not improve anything, also I was told the spot cell was free. I cancel my service with T-Mobile.

Then $ 1.83 was taken out of my checking account I had auto pay, I still don't know what the $1.83 was for. Then I received a billing statment for $313.13, and I called T-Mobile customer service, if I return the spot cell to T-Mobile the charges would be drop. I return the spot cell to T-Mobile store in springfield, Mo, the male clerk would not give me written receipt confirming I return the device.

I received a statement from a collection agency, for $313.13, I will not pay the $313.13. I'm a senior and live on a limited income, T-Mobile didn't give me the srevice I paid for, and trying to collect $313.13 fro a device I return.
