T-Motorsport, TMD. CalHome, Gold3288gold Ebay Seller Sent me a broken, useless product and refuses to communicate with me! La Verne California
T-Motorsports, D.B.A, CalHome, TMS and gold3288gold are all the same company out so SoCal. I recently purchased a 150cc motor scooter from their Ebay store. The item i ordered did not arrive. Instead they sent me a broken machine that won't start! The item's #120410973144. They know it will take the person a few hours at least to assemble this product only to find out that the 90% pre-assembled portion is useless. What's the point of a scooter that won't scoot? They sell trash! While their was no problem with communication as I paid for the product, suddenly communication is nil! They won't pick up the phone (caller ID) and refuse to answer my e-mails. I have been forced to begin the processes of resolution on Ebay and Paypal. Still even with communication from Ebay and Paypal, they still won't respond to any of my inquiries! They literally take the money and run! THESE COMPANIES WILL STILL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES. I'm out of over $900 dollars, have a piece of junk that I did not order stuck in my garage and they disrespect me by refusing to communicate! I am ready to sue! Feel free to contact me in regards to starting a joint lawsuit against these companies!

Hello, Iam writing because I too had pretty much the same experience with t-motorsport as you have. I also have a dirt bike sitting in my garage that did not work from the start - ball bearings fell right out of the rim when we took bike out of carton. T-motorsports customer service is a joke they have laughed at me hung up on me and basicially told me we bought as is, which we did not we bought a "new" dirt bike on there website. My story has many more details like yours. This company is unreal, I cannot believe the way they treat customers. You stated to contact you for lawsuit. Not sure how to do that other then through this letter. I would very much like to join you in a law suit against t-motorsport. They are a complete ripoff. D. Howard
