Complaint Review: t - motorsports

t - motorsports they ripped me off i bought a scooter and it broke down in three weeks and now they wont replace it Pomona, California

i bought a scooter from t-motorsports . i only had it three weeks before it broke down , i have wrote them and they won't help me they tell me that the motor on the scooter is not under warrenty, but i have talked to people that work on scooters and they said that since i haven't had it for a full thirty days that it should be under warrenty, but t-motorsports said it's not. so can you please help me

Sorry for your troubles, but looks like you have little to no recourse...they specifically exclude the engine.

We strongly suggest our customers to read the following information thoroughly prior to submitting an order! Customer Satisfaction is our First Priority!

We offer 50% off on replacement parts for the first year after you purchase the bike/ATV from us. ENGINE IS NOT INCLUDED. Any labor or shipping and handling charges will be at your expense.

This is just part of the warranty information...further reading also completely excludes the engine from any warranty. 

Not a company I would want to do business with....thanks for the Ripoff Report warning.

It's all about the agreement you signed when you purchased it. Was this a final sale? Is there an implied warranty?
