Complaint Review: T&S TRANSMISSIONS-STEVE HACKET DO NOT TRUST-813-600-5978-813-494-0382

told me to bring car in for a free test drive and told me i needed a rebuilt transmission.steve told me it will be $695.00. i told him that would be fine.steve then calls me up and tells me it is going to be an extra $1400.00. i told him before that i had a limited budget, so i told him not to fix it. he tells me (steve hackett) that he already took the transmission out of my car, took it all apart, and ordered the parts already to fix. he also stated that i signed to authorize this. i called the authorities and i saw my car in his dirty and  messy parking lot with the transmission still in the car! this was an outrage! steve hackett stated he made a mistake. he is so full of it. please , think twice before ever bringing your vehicle to be fixed there. steve hackett will con you.
