Emailed customer service regarding return of an item I had received. Returned item as advised by customer service.

Item was returned via Fed Ex Ground with a tracking #. Item was received by, and signed for by, company on Nov. 13th. Since then I have tried to contact the company regarding my refund.

I have clear proof they received the item back; however their phone lines don't operate (continually get the message that the mailbox is full no matter which of their numberous numbers I call).

My emails go unresponded to. Company has my money and the item, I have nothing. It has been almost 2 months since they received my item back, so where is my refund? This company has a huge volumn of complaints against them dating back many years.

Why are they still in business? Why has the AG in Wisconsin failed to take action to prevent customers from being ripped off? I am extremely angry!

As stated, FedEx Ground took care of their end. A little background on the address if it was never discovered. 17125C Bluemound is the UPS Store. I'm not the regular driver for that route but I do run it very frequently, unfortunately I started driving after your problem occurred.

Yes, the Fedex guy delivers to the UPS store. And the guy who runs the route aside from me, has owned it for a very long time.

We do try hard to please everyone on Bluemound Rd. And our purple promise dictates we succeed at becoming the best small package delivery option. period.

If you've not tracked down your vendor yet, I will ask the owner of the UPS Store personally, next time I run that route.

Short of that, google ccap, which is our state's court access system. Look the vendor up there.
