T. VAN TRANSPORT Goes by Sharol.... They failed to pick up load because they were late then they wanted mispick for 600.00. STRATHROY, ON, Ontario
We ordered a stepdeck from Cheryl VandeVen at T-van Services. We advised that the shipper closes at 2:00pm.She aknowledged and adviised that she was empty and would make the pick up at 11:00am. She showed up with the wrong equipment (Conestoga) and arrived at the shipper at 3:00pm which as previously noted they close at 2:00pm. The next day she called and demanded 600.00 mispick and we advised her that we would not be paying a mispick as this was her error. T-Van Services is notorious for taking loads and not delivering their promise of picking up. She started to threaten and started calling over and over again like a child! Beware she is a fraudster!
