Long story short. I had used this company for years that serves the Hudson Valley, NY area
However, the company was sold years ago and they are no longer a reputabe e or trustworthy service provider.
I have had two major jobs totalling apprimately $18,000 worth of work in a 6 months period. There were some issues that needed to be addressed for both jobs.
I could not get a call back and after pushing for weeks it escalated to a Supervisor who refused to deal with the issues and refused to acknowldge what the technician had stated and what they promised to get the job.
In the end T.Webber left me with a very costly loss of apprximatey $12,000 across both jobs due to their failures and the backtrack on the work, support, repairs or fixes that needed to be done after the job was completed. All notifications to T. Webber were made as soon as the issues were discovered promptly after completed work
Be forewarned. Go to any other company in the area. You will get better service and much better pricing.
