Complaint Review: Tabak's Health Products

Last July, I purchased one of Tabak's products to help with male impotence -- I was planning on getting maried two months later and at 75, I felt I needed some help. Tabak's literature led me to believe that that help was on the way! No way!

The product didn't work at all and now they want the full price of what was obviously a rip-off! The information to send back the unused portion (there was none) or the empty container (I could no longer find it, and in fact, since a month had passed, I didn't remember that I was supposed to return it) was on the back of the slip that was mailed to Tabak.

I called their offices and spoke to a rep who refused to send me the original literature (long since thrown out). I also called the law firm that supposedly represents them and was told that they would get in touch with Tabak. I offered to pay for the container, which they wanted back, even though the container cannot legally be re-used.

I have just received a FINAL collection notice. I fell that this is just another scam to rip-off Senior Citizens like myself who held some hope for rejuvenating his vitality. It didn't happen! My new bride is content just being with me, but I feel that I have disappointed her in this way.

Shame on you, Tabak!
