Purchased a tablet from Tablet Express. a Coulpe months later it quit working properly.

I asked them what to do by email and was told by them to upgrade to Win 10.

This made the problem worse. Now the touchscreen will not line up at all so you can not open any apps.

I emailed and told them this and they said "Send us a usb stick with at least 16 gigs" and they would put the firmware which runs the tablets functions to me.

I sent them a 32 gig USB stick and weeks went by and close to 20 emails and them saying they lost my USB stick even though I shipped it with a tracking number thru the post office. It said it was delivered to their mailbox with the time and date. Someone inside their company is a thief and I told them that.

This company lies and is unethical. It is run by the chinese who care nothing about Customer Service. They sent me a 16 gig sd card without even sending the adapter that it goes in. Never got my USB stick but they sent me a tablet Keyboard that I already had purchased earlier when I got the tablet. The same exact one. 

I have brought this tablet to 2 different computer repair shops that told me they cannot fix it. So now after spending close to $150.00 I have a piece of crap that will not work.

NEVER BUY FROM TABLET EXPRESS
