Bought refurbished tablet from company via Amazon.  Item was listed as having 'warranty', no info provided for $80.  Saw a few reasonable company reviews, so went ahead & bought Dragon Touch X10 table w/ included battery wall charger AND backup USB male-to-male (no unit included).  Chargers/tablet has 2.5mm (tiny hole!) pin ONLY, which looks like old 15-pin connectors for prior monitors (ie, VERY sensitive, poor choice of setup).

As I've had computer training (albeit old), feel VERY comfortable working with peripherals, had a different tablet b4, so set up tablet with barebone background progs working, MY AV & Cleaner apps (downloaded from GoogleStore & verified as top-running downloads). Tablet works great ALTHOUGH runs battery down in less than a day.

PROBLEMS: 1, First day, wall charger worked, then from next til now overheats (not warm but HOT); have had to 'play' (jiggle slightly) to get tablet's pin to 'charge' (currently am seeing sporadically a charge icon, turn off all running apps, try to lay flat to not 'move' it, and pray.  Works erratically.

2, USB male-to-male charger (while connected to my wallprong) WAS working for about a month (I bought this 3/18/16).  Hasn't been able to charge my tablet for 3 days.

3.  After receiving tablet (reasonable time period, as was fulfilled by Amazon), I simply wanted my 'warranty' that was stated in the ad; Tablet Express gave me the run-around for almost 2 weeks, about 5 emails betwixt us via Amazon's mediation, FINALLY got from Amazon about 5 days ago.  Says I can get FULL refund for 30 days.  Problem is, I have to send EVERYTHING back (including working tablet) to get battery(s) replacement?!  Really?!

Now I'm stuck with a great tablet but doesn't charge properly.  Can't discern if its the pin, or the (think they're original, before tablet was refurbished) chargers, NOT available locally to buy, have til 4/22 to get refund -- e.g., CAN buy ANOTHER battery charger online for about $10, but if its the tablet, waste of time & money.

Explained all this to Amazon, as I tried to call company 2x, NO reply to VoiceMail I left 4/18, wants ONLY email I believe as you're on hold after automated for only 2 minutes, then repeat of contacting them via email.  Amazon recognized the unethical practices I described of this company (lack of reasonable publicdisclosure of business practices)AND will be documenting all of this for legal followup if necessary.
